Study period & approved quota:
- Kyushu Dental University, Japan 115/06/29-07/28 Quota: 4 people.
- International Dental Center in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia 115/08/01-08/31 Quota: 2 people.
- Singapore Quanmin Dental Group 115/08/01-08/31 Quota: 4 people.
Please submit the following documents to the department office before April 7th:
1. Original Chinese application form (signed by the applicant); Parental consent form (signed by the applicant)
2. Study plan in both Chinese and English
3. Language proficiency survey form and supporting documentation
4. Original academic transcripts from previous years
